By using ListNovate AI, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English to ensure clarity regarding our credit system and payment rules.

1. Credits & Billing

1.1 Credit Usage

One "Credit" allows for the processing of one product (including title, description, and SEO generation). Credits are deducted upon successful generation.

1.2 Rollover & Expiry

  • Monthly Credits: Reset every billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
  • Top-Up Credits: Purchased separately. These never expire and are used only after monthly credits are exhausted.

1.3 Refunds

Since our AI incurs hard costs immediately, we generally do not offer refunds on consumed credits. Refunds for unused Top-Up packs may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

2. Payments & Verification

Important: Bank Transfer Policy

ListNovate AI uses a secure manual verification system. Credits are not instant. They are applied only after our billing team verifies your transaction reference and screenshot.

Fraud Warning: Uploading fake or doctored payment proofs will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your account and IP address.

Paystack Gateway

You can alternatively use the Paystack gateway, which is fast and does not require manual screening or approval. However, please note that for security reasons, we reserve the right to revoke a transaction if it is deemed fraudulent and may request additional verification if necessary.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use ListNovate AI to generate listings for:

  • Illegal substances, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Adult content or sexually explicit material.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts found processing prohibited content via our API.

4. Limitation of Liability

FuturrNovate provides AI-generated content "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI can hallucinate. You are responsible for reviewing all product details before publishing them to your live store. We are not liable for pricing errors or incorrect descriptions published to your WooCommerce site.
