API Key Protection

Your WooCommerce connection relies on API keys. We salt and hash these keys in our database. Even our engineers cannot see your raw API keys. If you lose a key, it cannot be recovered—only regenerated.

Infrastructure Security

Our platform runs on secured cloud infrastructure with automated intrusion detection systems. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards.

Why Manual Payment Verification?

You might notice that we require screenshots of bank transfers for the manual payment method. While this adds a small delay, it is a deliberate security measure designed to:

  • Eliminate Chargeback Fraud: Helping us keep prices stable for all honest users.
  • Prevent Card Skimming: We do not store or process credit card information on our servers.
  • Maintain an Audit Trail: Every transaction is human-verified before credits are issued.

NB: Payment gateway is now available. Using the payment gateway is fast and fully automated.
