1. Data Collection & Usage

To provide our AI listing services, we collect and process the following:

  • Account Information: Email, name, and encrypted password.
  • WooCommerce Data: When you connect the plugin, we process product images and existing metadata (titles/descriptions) solely for the purpose of enhancement. We do not access customer data or order history.
  • Payment Proofs: Screenshots of bank transfers uploaded for credit top-ups are stored securely for audit purposes and deleted after 12 months.

2. AI & Image Processing

Your images are temporarily processed by our AI models to generate descriptions and alt text.

  • No Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images and content generated by ListNovate AI.
  • Data Isolation: Your store's data is isolated. We do not use your specific product data to train public models that would benefit your competitors.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with essential infrastructure providers:

  • Cloud Hosting: Encrypted storage of your assets.
  • AI Providers: Anonymized text/image data sent to LLM providers strictly for generation purposes.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use secure cookies to keep you logged in and local storage to save your "Staging Area" progress in the browser. This ensures you don't lose your work if you accidentally refresh the page.
